Hallo
Sommer 03 bin ich umgezogen. Wohnung 80 qm in einem 10-FH, Bj. 74, Wohnung liegt mittig.
Im 1. Jahr hatte ich 5500 Einheiten (von August-Dez.), in 2004 waren es 10.800 Einheiten, allein im Wohnzimmer 6500. Abgelesen wird über Techem Heizkörperventile (elektronisch).Andere Mieter im Haus verbrauchen bei gleicher Wohnungsgrösse zwischen 3500 und 8000 Einheiten.
Ich habe den Ablesewert nicht akzeptiert.
Techem war dann da und hat die HKV geprüft, keine Fehlermeldung, alles in Ordnung.
In 2005 und 2006 hatte ich einen Verbrauch zwischen 6500 und 6800 Einheiten.
Kann es denn sein, dass man in einem Jahr soviel Einheiten verbraucht oder muss damals falsch abgelesen oder angezeigt worden sein?
Techem bestreitet, dass die Werte falsch waren.
Vielleicht kann mir einer was dazu sagen?

Hallo
das leuchtet mir als Laie einfach nicht ein, sorry.
Mein Vermieter hat mich jetzt auf Zahlung verklagt und nun soll ein Gutachter kommen und die Anlage prüfen.
Kann doch nicht sein, dass bei gleichem Heizverhalten so ein Unterschied raus kommt.
Oder doch?
